2008 Red Bulls ACS Adult Soccer Tournament

The Red Bulls Adult Soccer Tournament to benefit the American Cancer Society (ACS) will take place on Sunday, August 10th prior the Red Bulls/DC United match at Giants Stadium. For the past three years, the Red Bulls and the teams taking part in this unique event have generated over $81,000 for ACS cancer research.

The event is open to all members of the community, with teams in both competitive and recreational categories vying for titles. Since the inception of the event three years ago, the 6 v 6 tournament has grown from 24 teams to 48 teams, and each team is guaranteed three matches during round-robin play. The maximum number of players allowed on each roster is 12. Each team also receives 25 tickets to watch the Red Bulls take on their Eastern Conference rivals, DC United, following the tournament.
